Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The City of Sand Springs will receive sealed bids on a General Contract for the City of Sand Springs Downtown Streetscape Project that includes concrete pedestrian paving, roadway patching, grading and drainage, solid slab sodding, signage, striping, concrete pavers, decorative concrete, planting, irrigation, and lighting. Bids shall be based on Unit Prices and include additive and deductive alternates when applicable. Contract Time for completion of the Work will be 90 calendar days for Substantial Completion and 120 days for Final Completion. Bid Security in the amount of five percent of the bid shall accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall remain binding on the Contractor for 60 days following the Bid Date. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids
