Renovation of a multi-residential development in Victorville, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The complete and other related work for CONSTRUCTION OF TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROJECT, PROJECT CC23-045; the work shall include labor, tools, finishing, clean up, and incidentals required for the proper completion of the work. Bids must be accompanied by a Biddes Bond in the form of a certified or cashier's check or Corporate Surety Bond in amounts not less than ten percent (10%) of the particular bid amount. The higher of either State Prevailing Hourly Wages or Federal DavisBacon Prevailing Hourly Wages shall apply to and be paid by all contractors and subcontractors performing work on this Project. A bid received from a Contractor who is not represented by a duly authorized agent at the mandatory pre-bid meeting and jobwalk shall be considered non-responsive and rejected from further contract award consideration.
