For the furnishing of: BID NO. 22.23-0003 Custodial Services for the Cinnaminson Middle School and the Cinnaminson High School For information pertaining to content of the contract documents, please call Mr. Mark Tindall, Director of Operations, at (856) 829-3861. Each bid must contain the following statement on the envelope: this is a sealed bid for bid no. 22.23-0003 and shall not be opened and read until november 22, 2022, 10:00 A.M. By the board secretary or her designee. The Board of Education will not assume responsibility for bids not delivered in person to the Board Secretary at the time called for bid opening. All bids must be received before or at the time and date specified. No bids will be received after the specified time. Bids must be made on the proposal forms in the manner designated, enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of bidder and proposal identification on outside, and must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Cinnaminson Board of Education for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00; and must be delivered to the Secretary of the Board of Education, or the Boards designated representative at the above place on or before the hour named. The Board of Education assumes no responsibility for bids mailed or misdirected in delivery. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive informality in the bidding if it is in the interest of the Board of Education to do so. Bidding shall be in conformance with the applicable requirements of N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1, et seq., of thePublic School Contracts Law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
