Each Bid Must Also Be Accompanied by an Agreement to Become Surety Properly Executed by an Approved Surety Company Authorized to Do Business in the State of New Jersey With Underwriting Capacity in the State of New Jersey at Least Equal to 100% of the Amount the Bid. Further, the Surety Must Not Be Disbarred for Any Reason. The Prescribed Agreement of Surety Form Must Be Duly Executed by the Surety, and Attached to the Proposal With the Requisite Corporate Seals and/or Powers of Attorney. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish Bonds for the Faithful Performance of the Contract, and to Secure the Payment of All Claims for Services Performed and Materials and Equipment Furnished.
