Site work for a mixed-use development in Plano, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The City of Plano (hereinafter referred to as City) requires improvements under this contract for the following This project renovatesthe automatic irrigation system forthe entire park serving the turf and trees. Select grading for low areas will improve drainage. Additional trees will be planted along Kimble Drive. The location of this project is 3500 Kimble Drive, Plano, TX 75025 in the City of Plano, Texas. A location map is included in the plans. Hidden Meadow Park Irrigation and Landscape Renovation Renovation to the automatic irrigation system for the entire park serving the turf and trees. Select grading for low areas will improve drainage. Additional trees will be planted along Kimble Drive. Include a bid bond or a bid guarantee in the form of a cashier's check or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price. This is a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute the performance bond and the payment bond on the forms provided in this solicitation Question Deadline 03/24/2025 at 3:00 PM CT
