Project Description: The Project consists of the alteration of existing food service area to renovate 700 square feet with new food service equipment, finishes, cabinetry, and doors. One question asked by a few was regarding the automatic sliding doors. This door opening has been modified to meet ADA requirements and will be reflected in the addendum. There will also be a change to the bid form. On Alternate #2: add new carpet tile flooring in the seating area outside of the Hub, we are requesting that demolition contractors give a separate line item for removing the existing flooring, and that flooring contractors split out demolition, floor prep, and provide/install new flooring. This will also be reflected in the addendum.
