Renovation of an educational facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a 71,650-square-foot educational facility.
The Daggett Middle School project will include upgrades and improvements to the approximate 72,200 square foot main building within three (3) categories of work: security & lifestyle, building envelope, and systems & components. There will be a new secured front entry vestibule, camera system upgrades, a new Public Address (PA) System, a new fire suppression system for the entire main school building, replacement of existing interior/exterior doors, frames and hardware, roof and window replacement, and MEP upgrades. As of October 14, 2025, a general contractor and architect have been identified. Construction is anticipated to commence in the spring of 2026 and conclude in the fourth quarter of 2027. *Project information, including timeline and contacts, has been obtained through public sources.
