Renewal Options The primary purpose of this notice of qualification is to create a directory of specialized service providers in order to assist the CSSDM in its mission of taking statements and updating the base plans for each of the buildings in its real estate portfolio. The latter, made up of 301 buildings, is essentially concentrated in the center of the island of Montreal. Please note that this call for tenders is not exclusive to the services of architects and engineers. It is important to allow sufficient time for access and submission of bids.
