Project summary The initial contract is for a period of one (1) firm year with two extension possibilities of one (1) year each. This extension is at the discretion of the CISSS Montérégie-Centre. The option to extend the contract or not must be communicated in writing to the SERVICE PROVIDER within thirty (30) days preceding the anniversary date. The contractor is invited to refer to the schedule and the price schedule. The contract is made up of two parts (see price schedule for details). Part 1: Complete maintenance NFPA-96 as defined in tab B- Technical specifications. Part 2: Maintenance of filters and polishing as defined in tab B- Technical specifications. Note that the number of maintenance frequencies for both the NFPA-96 and the filters and polishing as well as the number of visits must be respected.
