Rose Hill Cemetery is a municipal owned and operated cemetery in Winder, Georgia that covers approximately 26 acres dating to 1841 with more than 5,000 burials. The City of Winder manages the cemetery and has a desire to advance preservation and expansion of this local landmark. In January of 2022, the Winder City Council adopted the Rose Hill Cemetery Master Plan. The City is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide engineering design and construction administration and observation services to implement the visions and recommendations of the Rose Hill Master Plan.
