Demolition and renovation of a mixed-use development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,100-square-foot stadium.
The City of Minneapolis is seeking bids from prospective suppliers to provide all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals necessary for Target Center Grab & Go Construction Project, all in accordance with the provided specifications, event line items and all documents requested herein. Work of this Contract is to be completed in one phase as follows: 1. Work includes the selective demolition and construction to convert four upper level concession stands into Grab N Go Markets. Each space is approximately 275 sf for a total of 1,100 sf. Work includes Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Lighting scope 2. Coordination with Kitchen Equipment Supplier, to be selected under separate contract. 3. Final connection of Kitchen Equipment. Project consists of four spaces located on Level 7 (200 Level) of Target Center at 600 1st Avenue North, Minneapolis, MN.
