Renovation of a municipal facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

RP A0321107 Russell Campus Building and Fire Prevention Lighting Control System Replacement A requirement of the contract includes a certification that Bidder is not currently engaged in, and agrees for the duration of the contract not to engage in, a boycott of Israel. The Work consists of the construction of replacement of existing lighting control system with new lighting control panels, lighting control devices and lighting control cabling throughout the entire building including the installation and installation of 2nd floor new light fixtures and associated supporting cables and power accessories, Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: Scope 1 - All demolition and repair Work as noted by divisions 02, 09 and 26. Demolition of the lighting control equipment including the lighting relay panels, lighting control devices and existing lighting control cabling plus the demolition of 2nd floor light fixtures and associated supporting cables and power accessories. Scope 2 - Installation of new lighting control panels, lighting control devices and lighting control cabling throughout the entire building plus the installation of the new 2nd floor light fixtures, associated supporting cables and power accessories. Commissioning of the lighting control panels connection to the building management system and the commissioning/programming of the lighting analytics system. Power connections for a complete system including conduit, boxes and conductors to support the new equipment. Connection of the lighting control panels and analytics system to the building LAN/WAN system. Repairing and painting/patching of all ceilings and walls and replacement of damaged ceiling tiles shall be completed to repair the existing spaces back to their original condition. Material storage shall be limited to on site storage containers, provided by the contractor and coordinated with the engineer/RPM D&C. Work hours: The General Contractor will perform construction activities during the following times: Sunday through Saturday 6:30 PM to 5:30 AM. All dates and times will be outlined in the project schedule as required per Section 01 32 16. The Contractor will notify the Owner's Representative when changes to the submitted working days/hours are deemed necessary *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
