Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Morley, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 14,880-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Municipal District of Bighorn N. 8 is seeking the services of a Prime Contractor to construct a new Operations Facility ~2km east of Exshaw, AB on the south side of Highway 1A. The purpose of this project is to deliver and commission an operational ready new 3 double-bay Operations and Maintenance Facility to meet the currenct and future growth demands of the Municipal District of Bighorn No. 8. The MD of Bighorn is issuing this RFPQ (Request For Pre-Qualification) for the purpose of evaluating interested proponents and selecting a shortlist of pre-qualified Prime Contractors to participate in the subsequent second stage "Bid Call" for the Operations Facility construction. The RFPQ process will be used to evaluate the Prime Contractor teams in their role as prime contractor and to evaluate their proposed sub-contractor team.
