Turner Elementary School Pre-K Classroom Remodel: Remodel 2 existing classrooms on the lower level of the school and add HVAC systems & lights to 3 rooms off of the Library (upper level). The work also includes a LALU elevator, exterior remdeling, sitework and window replacements along with other general construction requirements at both floors. The Turner Elementary School Building, is located at 1800 South 55th Street, Kansas City, KS 66106. The project will also require selective interior remodel work related to the facility remodel, including new Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and lower level Fire Sprinkler systems, Turner Middle School Perfoming Arts Center (PAC) Restroom Renovation: Remove existing restroom and other miscellaneous facilities and related plumbing fixtures and service/supply lines and reinstall and retrofit those locations with new restroom facilities, plumbing fixtures and service/supply lines for the Turner Middle School Building, located at 1312 South 55th Street, Kansas City, KS 66106.
