Proposals are for Professional Housing Development Consulting Services and must conform to the specifications outlined in the Request for Proposal ("RFP"). The Authority reserves the right to waive non-material formalities. If you are interested in responding, please prepare three (3) copies of a proposal and submit to the address identified herein by the date and time indicated. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received by reason of this request, or to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interests of the Authority. Firms whose proposals are not accepted will be notified in writing. Negotiations may be conducted with proposers who submit proposals that have a reasonable chance of being selected for award. The Housing Authority of Gloucester County is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq., N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 5:34 et seq. The Housing Authority of Gloucester County reserves the right to waive informalities in proposals and/or reject all proposals. The Proposal selected shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local statutes, rules and regulations, including and not by way of limitation, N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. (affirmative action requirements), N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Contract compliance and Equal Employment Opportunities). Envelope(s) or package(s) containing the proposal shall indicate the RFP number, time, and date of public acceptance, and the title of the proposal (i.e. Professional Housing Development Consulting Services).
