PROJECT NO./TITLE: 675-23-102, Design-Build (DB) Services, Renovate Building 500 for Eye and Audiology Clinic The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8 has a requirement to provide design and construction services to include labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and all other resources necessary for the design and construct all the elements to renovate Building 500 eye and audiology clinic in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and other specifications. In addition, the Audiology Clinic will replace two (2) sound booths and minor reconfiguration of floor plan.
