The Utica Municipal Housing Authority, d.b.a., People First [UMHA-PF] will receive and consider sealed proposals to provide a Professional Architectural / Engineering services for the following project: A. Perretta Twin Towers 1. New Lower-Level Flat Roof EPDM Replacement 2. Limited Split Block Investigation & Remediation at Specified Locations 3. Tower A Exterior & Interior Store Front Sliding Doors B. Marino-Ruggiero Apartments 1. New Flat Roof EPDM Replacement C. Adrean Terrace 1. Brick Repairs and Restoration 2. Crawl Space Mitigation D. Gillmore Village, Humphrey Gardens, and ND Peters Manor 1. Crawl Space Mitigation Provide all Professional Architectural/Engineering (A/E) Services necessary to prepare plans and specifications for the design, bidding and implementation of the UMHA-PF's proposed projects listed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Utica Municipal Housing Authority - People First [UMHA-PF] may reject any and all proposals, re-advertise, postpone, or cancel this Request For Proposal at any time at its discretion.
