The Harlandale Independent School District is soliciting proposals for: Broadband Internet Service for Harlandale ISD Elementary, Middle Schools, Frank Tejeda Academy Special Needs Facility and Alternative Schools Bidder shall provide for the installation, operation and management of a dedicated Broadband Internet Access Service over Ethernet or fiber of 10 Gbps scalable to 20 Gbps to be terminated at 632 W. Vestal Pl., San Antonio, TX 78221. Bidders are to provide pricing for managed services with managed router. The awarded bidder must provide the make and model number of the proposed managed router. The District will consider agreements for initial one-year term with voluntary annual renewals up to four more years for a total of five years. Initial term will be from July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2026 (36 months) with the voluntary option for the HISD to renew for additional terms as listed below Questions Due Date: Nov 11th 2022, 9:00 AM CST Intent to Bid Due Date: Dec 13th 2022, 9:00 AM CST The right is reserved by the Harlandale Independent School District to accept and/or reject proposals on each item separately and/or as a whole proposal.
