Unit Ventilator and Pipe Insulation Replacement at Callaway Elementary School 251 Location- 3701 Fernhill Ave Baltimore, MD 21215 1. Replacement of existing hydronic piping and insulation throughout Callaway Elementary School. Piping and insulation replacement will include hydronic piping and air conditioning condensate drain piping to within 12 ft. of each unit ventilator and fan coil unit. 2. Replace existing heating water boilers. 3. Remove and reinstall ceilings in the vicinity of piping being replaced. 4. Remove and reinstall lighting in vicinity of piping being replaced. 5. Under Add Alternate No. 1, replace ceilings and lighting throughout the building. 6. Under Add Alternate No. 2, replace (6) hydronic isolation valves located in the Boiler Room and replace (2) hydronic heating system expansion tanks. 7. This project will be performed concurrently with a project under separate contract in which (32) unit ventilators and (38) fan coil units will be replaced; hydronic piping, air conditioning condensate drain and associated pipe insulation within 12 ft. of each unit will be replaced; and, pneumatic controls will be replaced with direct digital controls (DDC) throughout the school Questions Due By: November 16, 2022 by 4:00 p.m. MBE Participation (%) 22.0 African American MBE Participation (%)8.0 Women-Owned MBE Participation (%) 11.0 A.
