Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in West Hollywood, California. Design plans call for the demolition of a theater / auditorium; for the construction of a 7,258-square-foot, three-story above grade, 99-seat theater / auditorium; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
New 99-seat playhouse, performance venue and rehearsal space. Additionally, plans call for a new pocket park and room for outdoor performances. As of October 7, 2024, the West Hollywood City Council has approved the design development phase and preparation of construction decouments. An architect has been selected; however, a general contractor or selection method is not disclosed.
