Site work and paving for a civil project in Lavon, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.

CDV21-0092 The major work will consist of reconstructing a total of 3,560 LF of roadway including concrete pavement and subgrade treatment for 6 separate 2-lane roadbeds. The purpose of this bid solicitation is to secure an agreement for pavement rehabilitation and resurfacing services for the City of Lavon (City). Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows: 1. Roadway Reconstruction 2. Driveway Reconstruction 3. Driveway Culvert Installation A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid [for those contracts that exceed $100,000]. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Lavon or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The City of Lavon reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by City of Lavon for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award
