EMAIL ADDRESS: bidquestionssoumissions@snb.ca This tender consists of solid waste removal services for the Department of Environment and Local Government as per the attached Specification. This contract shall extend for a one (1) year term, from January 1, 2023 until December 31, 2023, with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year term upon written agreement by both parties. Pricing shall be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index. The contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid based on pricing. The Vendor with the lowest Total Price for services will then be subject to reference checks as indicated in Specification prior to the award of a contract. Contract will not be awarded to any vendor until all references, proof of insurance and proof of WorkSafeNB coverage is received as detailed below. Failure to submit the required documents within 5 business days following the request from SNB may result in the vendor bid being disqualified.
