The Project includes the following Work: New playground equipment and site improvements to the existing Forester Park in Sanilac County. Principal items of work include but are not limited to: 1,600 Sft Poured in Place Safety Surface 280 Sft Sidewalk, Conc. 4 inch 100 Lft Concrete/Curb Edgine 4 Ea Play Equipment Items 6 Ea Recycled Benches Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The above-referenced project is funded with assistance from a Michigan Department of Natural Resources Trust Fund grant, relevant state or federal requirements will apply. All successful bidders shall comply with all requirements of 1976 PA 453 (Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act) and 1976 PA 220 (Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act).
