As of 12/30/2022 The start time is Feb-March 2023. As of 11/28/2022 No start and end date. For Sauk County West Square Cooling Tower Rebuild. Questions regarding the project can be sent to Ian Crammond at ian.crammond@saukcountywi.gov Scope of work 1.0 OVERVIEW 1.1 Sauk County is looking to rebuild an existing Evapco Model AT8-52B cooling tower. 2.0 SPECIFICS 2.1 Remove existing (2) pans and replace with new type 304 stainless-steel pans 2.2 Remove existing 2" make-up water valves and replace with new brass valves and plastic floats 2.3 Remove existing perforated strainers and replace new stainless-steel strainers 2.4 Remove existing fan drive belt, replace with new belt 2.5 Remove all eliminators and replace with new eliminators 2.6 Remove all louvers and replace with new louvers 2.7 Scrape/remove and loose paint on cooling tower, Sandblast tower and recoat 2.8 Remove existing lightning protection for sandblasting & tower coating, replace after recoated 2.9 Remove and replace with new plumbing gaskets and seals to complete work 2.10 Provide roof protection of while working on top of rubber roof membrane 2.11 Provide any required permits to complete scope of work
