Schedule A - Lift Station 1 This project includes removal and wastehauling of the top slab of an existing sewer lift station wet well; installation/replacement of new pumps within the existing wet well; installation of a new wet well lid with access hatch; installation of a new valve vault including piping and appurtenances, connection to the existing force main and all associated electrical improvements. Schedule B - Lift Station 2 This project includes removal and wastehauling of the upper 3 feet of an existing sewer lift station wet well; installation/replacement of new pumps within the existing wet well; installation of a new wet well lid with access hatch; installation of a new valve vault including piping and appurtenances, connection to the existing force main and all associated electrical improvements. Schedule C - Lift Station 3 This project includes installation/replacement of new pumps within the existing wet well; installation of a new valve vault including piping and appurtenances, connection to the existing force main and all associated electrical improvements. Contractors are required to bid all Schedules. Failure to bid all Schedules shall make the bid unresponsive. The Work shall be substantially complete within 40 to 120 working days (depending upon the number of schedules chosen) after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed; however, due to long lead times for materials, the Owner may elect to suspend the contract until materials are delivered and are ready to be installed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Concrete, Washington. The Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly after the time and date stated above. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the Bid Documents. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the Town of Concrete and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. Financing of the Project has been provided by Town of Concrete, Washington and through a legislative appropriation from Washington State.
