Site work for a day care center in Akron, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a day care center.
Summit County Physical Plant Department is soliciting bids for construction of a pavilion project at the Children Services Administration Building located at 264 S. Arlington St., Akron, Ohio. This project will consist of constructing a pavilion according to the bid documents. All materials, labor and equipment required for a complete installation is included in the project. All bidders must prequalify before they can respond to this bid. Hard copies will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. The County reserves the right to reject all bids. Normal work hours will be 7 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday work will be permitted with prior approval by owner. This is an operating facility and must be readily accessible and safely maintained during construction. The contractor will stockpile the topsoil at the beginning of construction for use on the project at the end. Any extra material leftover from the excavation of the pavilion will be hauled form the site by the contractor.
