AHFC is seeking bids for 1) the closure of Underground Storage Tank (UST) supplying Heating oil for residential purposes at four (4) housing sites across three (3) communities and 2) the installation of new UST or Aboveground Storage Tank (AGT) as detailed herein. The work consists of providing DBE (Disanvantaged Business Enterprises) as defined by AHFC with the maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of contracts. In this regard, the Contractor together with any subcontractors shall take all necessary and reasonable steps in accordance with this section to ensure that DBE have the maximum opportunity to compete for and perform work in conjunction with this Contract. The Contractor shall not, nor shall subcontractors and others associated with this Contract, discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin or sex in the award and performance of work under this Contract.
