The primary goal for this RFP is to select firms to provide a variety of pond and water quality feature maintenance and improvement services on an as needed basis at facilities owned, operated and maintained by Aurora Public Schools (APS). Projects will typically be of a short timeframe and project values will generally be between $10,000 and $100,000. The response provided shall establish one hourly rate for labor trades covered by general services as well as a markup for any required subcontractors. APS intends to award to more than one contractor via this RFP. Awarded contractors will be selected for individual projects based on subject matter expertise, fee proposal, schedule availability, and current workload. The awarded Contractor(s) shall comply with all the applicable provisions of the Local, State and Federal laws including required licensure.
