Renovation of a municipal facility in Lowville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of December 16, 2022, project was awarded to Jantzi Construction LLC, awarded amount is $134,759.08. Qualified and insured contractors are invited to submit proposals for the work described in the Scope of Work. The project will consist of insulation, doors and windows, and concrete floor repair. A project Scope of Work may be picked up at the Town Clerk's office during normal business hours. Please write "sealed proposal for municipal building upgrades" on outside of envelope. Contract will be awarded on December 12, 2022 with work to commence as soon as possible with an expected completion date of October 31, 2023.
