Must have panic bar (interior) e. Must have hardware with key (exterior) f. Post set in at 12 in X 36 in concrete footing 3) Furnish and Install 4 utility gates (6-8 ft wide) a. 2 in X 2 in frame 14 ga b. 1 in X 1 in pickets 16 ga with cap c. 3 in X 3 in posts 1/4 in. wall minimum d. To include latch e.
