Renovation of a municipal facility in Saguenay, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project consists of but is not limited to the following work: - Furnish and install new roof sheathing at the pools below the water tower. - Dismantle and reinstall light fixtures and suspended ceiling where structural modifications are required - Dismantle and reinstall the furniture under the work area. - Supply and install the beams and joists to be replaced in the attic below the water tower. - Supply and install the cooling water tower. - Supply, install and connect all electrical conduits and cables to ensure proper operation of the new equipment. - Supply, modify and install all required piping to ensure proper operation of the new water tower. - Proceed with the commissioning of the new equipment and provide all commissioning documents required in the contract documents.
