The Engineering Division of the Boise City Public Works Department is soliciting proposals from experienced firms (Proposers) who can adequately demonstrate that they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to provide Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for West Boise Water Renewal Facility (WBWRF) Improvement's project. The City intends to select a CM/GC from this solicitation, in accordance with Idaho Code 54-4511(2). WIFIA funds are being utilized for this purchase. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Boise Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Are Encouraged to Submit Bids.
