Scope of services includes Phase #1 - design development, cost estimates, final design and bid documents as well as bid evaluation/recommendation and award of construction contract(s). Phase #2 - construction administration, including review and approval of change orders/requests for information and closeout. The total fee for both phases is not to exceed $180,000. Proposers shall submit an original and three (3) copies of the proposal and one (1) electronic version on CD or thumb drive. The selected proposer will be required to be currently registered in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a landscape architect or civil engineer, and shall have proven experience in public bid construction work as well as experience working alongside conservation property. Responsibilities and duties shall be as outlined in the Scope of Service and otherwise comply with the Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B.
