Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit of 5% of the bid price. Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under M.G.L. c. 149, 44A-J. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute.
