This project is for the Mechanical Construction Only located at the Harrisburg Transportation Center (HTC) located at 4th & Chestnut Streets Harrisburg, PA 17101. This project includes interior and exterior renovations to the existing historical facility, including multiple roof replacements, masonry restoration, and tenant improvements. The roofing work will consist of the removal and replacement of various roofing systems and appurtenances. Masonry work consists of interior and exterior cleaning, repair and restoration work. Tenant improvements include architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing improvements. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 11/16/2022 2:00 PM *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Completion- February 2, 2024 HRA solicits and encourages disadvantaged business enterprise participation. DBEs shall be afforded full consideration of their response and will not be subject to discrimination. A DBE goals, at a minimum have been set as follows: General Contractor at 6.91%; Electrical Contractor at 1.99%; and Mechanical Construction (HVAC, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing) at 0.00% for this project.
