Reference number : 1656250 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-11-14 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope Options related to this notice: This notice has renewal options (Pickup and transport recovery) The Municipality of Sacré-Coeur-de-Jésus requires tenders for: COLLECTION AND TRANSPORT OF RESIDUAL AND RECOVERABLE MATERIALS for a period of three (3) years, from January 1 , 2023 to December 31, 2025 for the collection and transportation of residual materials as well as the annual collection and transportation of heavy and bulky waste, and for a period of two ( 2) years, i.e. from January 1 , 2023 to December 31, 2024 with the option to renew for one (1) year for the period from January 1 , 2025 to December 31, 2025 for the collection and transportation of recoverable materials. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. A bid bond of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the bid.
