Completed plans call for the construction of a 202,995-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction of the new 202,995 GSF three-story Stoneham High School on the site of the existing Stoneham High School with sitework including access drives, parking, and playfields. Prequalified Trade Contractors: Masonry, Misc.Metals, WDC, Roofing, Met.Windows, Glass & Glazing,Tile, ACT, Res.Floors, Paint, FP, Plbg, HVAC, Elect. Non- Prequalified Filed Sub bidders: Elevators. This is a Chapter 149A Project and Consigli Construction is the Construction Manager at Risk. All Trade Contractors must be prequalified in order to submit bids pursuant to Chapter 149A. As of June 26, 2023, construction for the foundation portion of the project began approximately June 2022. The permit for the general trades portion of the project was issued on April 12, 2023. Public information indicates that construction has commenced. *Subcontractor bidding may be ongoing for select trades. Interested subcontractors should contact the awarded general contractor to check on available bidding opportunities.
