As of June 28, 2023, a developer and an architect firm have been selected. It is anticipated to complete tear down in four phases and rebuild. The WHA is seeking proposals from qualified developers to partner with the Worcester Housing Authority in pursuing the Lakeside Apartments Revitalization Project, redevelopment of its federal-aided public housing development at 30 Lakeside Ave. Worcester, MA 01605. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Written questions are due by 2:00 p.m. on December 7, 2022 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
