Civil - Norwalk C.O.R.E Project Location: 2011 East 18 th Street, Norwalk, Iowa 50211 Project Description: This project consists of the work associated with the earthwork, public and private utilities, landscaping, and paving (i.e., Civil Work) for the Norwalk C.O.R.E. building as designed by Bishop Engineering. Construction Contract: Multiple Prime Contracts will be awarded. Each bid must be accompanied, in a separate envelope, by a bid bond for 5% of the bid amount or with a certified check or cashier's check. Performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount will also be required, guaranteeing faithful performance of the Contractor.
