The Stony Brook Regional Sewerage Authority, Princeton, New Jersey (the Authority), is requesting sealed bids for the Rehabilitation of Electrical Systems. The contract will run from February 1, 2023 through June 30, 2023. All work must be completed within the contract period. Question and answer session will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at the Authoritys Pennington Wastewater Treatment Plant at 363 Pennington Rocky Hill Road, Hopewell, New Jersey. A Certified, Treasurers or Cashiers Check or bid bond in the sum of 10% of the bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 must be submitted with the sealed bid proposal along with the Non-Collusion Affidavit, Statement of Ownership Disclosure, Acknowledgement of Receipt of Notices, Revision or Addenda, Affirmative Action and Exhibit A Questionnaires, and Business Registration Certificate. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. (P.L. 1975, C. 127) and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Authority will evaluate bids and any award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder in accordance with and as defined in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities or irregularities in bids received in accordance with the law.
