The Village of Clayton (VILLAGE) is seeking assistance for engineering services needed to prepare the application for a Louisiana Community Development Block Grant (LCDBG) 2023-2024 Public Facilities Grant (Streets) application and subsequent implementation of that program. The type of project involved is street rehabilitation / reconstruction and improvements for the VILLAGE. The VILLAGE is soliciting qualification statements for engineering services to assist the VILLAGE with project scoping, preliminary engineering, design engineering, and construction related services in compliance with LCDBG requirements. If no project is funded by the LCDBG Program, then no services beyond the application phase will be required. All responses received will be evaluated in accordance with the selection criteria and corresponding point system, which is identified in the package. The package also identifies the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm. The Village of Clayton will begin negotiations with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process.
