The City of New Braunfels has grown steadily during the past several decades. Today, it is estimated that over 101,000 reside within the City, with growth in and around the City continuing at an accelerated pace. With this growth in population, redevelopment of land within the City and the surrounding areas has taken place. New Braunfels ISD has also continued to see tremendous growth and now has over 9,600 students. Because of this growth, NBISD has now passed it's largest bond ever at $348 million. The district is planning to open its 11th elementary campus as a result of this bond. The projection is to have this campus available by the fall of 2025. This campus will be located just off of Loop 337 in New Braunfels and will serve a large portion of the Veramendi development as well as the sorrounding area New Braunfels ISD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions as a result of this RFQ, to negotiate with all qualified sources, or to cancel in part or its entirety if found to be in the best interest of the District. The RFQ does not commit the District to award a contract, issue a purchase order, or pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a submission in response to this RFQ The contract will be awarded (on or after December 12, 2022) Questions Due November 16th, 2022 @ 10:00 AM The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
