The City of Manassas Park's City Hall building at 100 Park Central Plaza is a multi-use, mostly open air, commercial office building that is simultaneously cohabitated by City employees and residents, meaning the identified vendor must supply visible but discreet daytime cleaning services to enhance the overall cleanliness considering the high expectations of the facility from staff, residents, and visitors: Though service will be provided daily, the intent is to sweep the entire City Hall on a weekly basis by providing the following cleaning services for all floors and identified office spaces: The City of Manassas Park is soliciting proposals from qualified commercial cleaning firms to provide daily (Monday through Friday) cleaning services for a three-story, roughly 30,000 square-foot, commercial office building for daytime only working hours (8:30-5pm). o Questions may be submitted through 5:00PM, 21 NOVEMBER 2022 o No Verbal questions will be accepted. o Questions of a substantial nature will be addressed in an addendum. o Notice of Intent to Award: 15 December 2022
