Renovation of a water / sewer project in Holualoa, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project generally consists of furnishing and installing power transfer switches, termination cabinets, conduit, conductors, supports, accessories, and incidentals, in accordance with the plans and specifications. The bid opening required for this project (as set forth above) are scheduled at venues that are accessible to persons with disabilities. To request an auxiliary aid or for language interpretation services, please contact the Department of Water Supply at (808) 961-8050 no less than five (5) working days prior to the established meeting date(s). The original executed and notarized Standard Qualification Questionnaire for Offerors form ("SQQ") provided by the Department of Water Supply is required to be filed with the Manager-Chief Engineer for evaluation no later than eight (8) days prior to the time advertised for the opening of bids unless the bidder has previously filed a Questionnaire within the previous two (2) years of the date of opening of bids. The Department of Water Supply reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, and to waive informalities.
