The award amount and the contract performance bond shall be based on the maximum limited budgeted amount of $300,000.00 and not the Contractor s bid total. Bidders must be a "Small Business" as defined by FDOT. Small business size standards can be found online. Bidders must complete and submit the Small Business Affidavit (Form No. 275-000-01) for approval prior to receipt of bid documents.
