The Town of Stratford (the Town) seeks proposals for a 20 year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) from qualified clean energy developers (the Bidders) to develop, own, operate and maintain a rooftop solar photovoltaic system (the System) at the Birdseye Municipal Complex, 468 Birdseye Street, Stratford, CT 06615 (the Property). The Town has secured a netting tariff for up to 240 kW-AC of photovoltaic solar under the Year 1 of the state's Non-residential program (the NRES Program). In addition to the rooftop solar photovoltaic system, The Town also seeks bid alternates that may include solar carports in the parking areas of the Birdseye Municipal Complex and/or a battery energy storage system (BESS) that will participate in the Energy Storage Solutions Program, administered by the Connecticut Green Bank (CTGB) and UI. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
