CRUSHED AGGREGATE The Orange County Highway is releasing the specification for crushed aggregate for 2023. Price per ton bid requested on the following aggregate F.O.B. vendor's plant: Sizes #1, #2, #4, #5, #7, #8, #9, #11A, #11B, #12, #23, #53, #73. 6" Gabion Rip Rap, Revestment Rip Rap, Class 1 Rip Rap, Pit Run Rip Rap, Concrete Sand, Mortar Sand, Fill Sand, #23 Sand, Fill (92's), Ag lime. Delivered price on all materials listed to Orange County Highway Garage. All material shall be in compliance with the 2022 Indiana Department of Transportation Standard Specifications. BITUMINOUS MIXES The Orange County Highway is releasing the specifications for Bituminous Mixes. 2022 bid price per ton F.O.P. vendor's plant. Bituminous hot mix, price per ton #11 Surface virgin and rip rap mix (rap not to exceed 15%), #8 Surface virgin and rip rap mix (rap not to exceed 15%), #9 Surface virgin and rip rap mix (rap not to exceed 15%), #11 Binder, #8 Binder, #9 Binder, #5 Base. Bituminous Cold Mix (Pug Mill) F.O.B. vendor's plant. Firm price per ton Bituminous Cold Mix with dry stone, #11 Cold Mix, #9 Cold Mix, and #9- #11 blended Cold Mix using AE150, AE200, AE300, CCPR1 Mix. Orange County Highway's choice, F.O.B. vendor's plant. The bidder shall furnish equipment and a storage tank for producing Bituminous Cold Mix. Orange County is also asking for bids for: Paving with the above noted materials with the vendor furnishing the paving machine, roller, trucking, labor and all incidentals required to pave with Bituminous Hot Mix and or Bituminous Cold Mix. All materials shall be in compliance with the 2022 Indiana Department of Transportations Standard Specifications or Specifications set forth by the Orange County Commissioners. RECLAMITE Orange County Highway is accepting bids for Reclamite installed by contractor and priced per square yard. Aspen and Liquid Road installed by contractor and priced per square yard. 1190NR rubber priced per pound. All material shall be in compliance with the 2022 Indiana Department of Transportations Standard Specifications or Specifications set forth by the Orange County Commissioners. CULVERT Orange County Highway Specifications For Drainage Structures 2023. 5000 LIN FT. or LESS CORRUGATED STEEL CULVERT PIPE. Bid prices for all materials shall include delivery to jobsite within Orange County or delivery to Orange County Highway garage. Bid price per lineal foot on sized to include round 8" to 120" diameter, corrugated steel pipe arches with sizes to include 17" span X 13" rise to 112" span X 72" rise. Gauges of metal pipe 8" to 12" to be 16 gauge, 15" to 24" to be 14 gauge, 30" to 36" to be 12 gauge. Sizes larger than 36" recommended gauge by vendor. The length of each structure will be determined by field conditions. Request bids on galvanized metal pipe and aluminized type II metal pipe. Request for bids for 4" to 8" perforated pipe in 100' to 250' rolls delivered to Orange County Highway Garage. GRATED STEEL BRIDGE DECKING Request bids for grated steel bridge decking 4" thick, priced by the square foot, delivered to Orange County Highway Garage or within Orange County. GEOTEXTILE 10 rolls or less, Give illustrations of net price per roll for Woven fabric made up of polypropylene fibers 12.5 feet wide, 500 square yards per roll.
