This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The associated size standard for this procurement is $16.5 million. SCOPE OF WORK: See Section C of the attached solicitation. This objective of this project is to replace the two existing Lennox Heat Pumps with a single right-sized, code compliant unit; install new ventilation grills to allow for air balancing; and after installing new HVAC equipment, conduct a Test, Adjustment, and Balance (TAB) to ensure all spaces receiving code-compliant ventilation and temperature standards are met. LOCATION OF PROJECT: Indian Health Service, White Swan Dental Clinic; 62 Birdsong Lane, White Swan, WA 98952 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The contract Period of Performance is 45 calendar days from date of the Notice-to-Proceed (NTP). CONTRACT TYPE: The Indian Health Service intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) service contract in support of this requirement. This solicitation will be procured as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures with Best Value evaluation criteria.
