Question Cuttoff Date & Time 11/19/2023 11:00:00 PM (ET) Overview: The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking bids for; LeMars Salt Dome Repair located at 1080 Lincoln Street NE, LeMars, IA 51031. Scope: Repair of damaged roof by replacing necessary foamed-in-place insulation and protective overcoating as per specifications provided. No pre-bid substitutions of products or materials will be considered. All questions related to this project are to be submitted through the ION Wave Bid system on or before the cut off date of November 19, 2023 at 10:00 PM CST as indicated in the solicitation. Estimated start date -04/15/2024 Estimated project end date- 06/21/2024 A site visit is highly recommended to verify measurement and will be accommodated if needed prior to submitting a bid to ensure the vendor has access to view the job site.
