Renovation of a fire / police facility in Forney, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 950-square-foot fire / police facility.
Award: 2/21/2023 The Information for Bidders, Bid Form, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents. Failure to be represented and to submit completed Contractor Qualifications per AIA A305 and 00 42 00 - Bid Exhibits at the receipt of bids may eliminate a General Contractor from consideration for work on this project. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all proposals. CSP evaluation criteria is stated in 00 42 00 Bid Exhibit "G" and AIA A305 is provided for contractor reference. This information must be clearly stated and legible in the submitted bid package. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed anticipated to be issued in Late February 2023 and shall be substantially complete within the Contract Time by July 1, 2023. Work is subject to liquidated damages of $500 per calendar day. Proposed Schedule / finishing prior to this date shall be strongly considered when evaluating proposals and contractors.
